Build and implement a comprehensive organization and leadership development strategy
Manage internal transformation journey to be consumer-centric organization
Manage the continuous performance and talent management processes, employee feedback cycles and bring initiatives for improvement.
Build a comprehensive development plan using a blended approach of digital tools, experiential learning and in-class training
Manage employee opinion surveys, data analysis, communication, action planning and follow-up.
Proactively use technology, industry best practices, external and internal networking and innovative methods to build and deploy projects and programs supporting organizational transformation, methods, and tools.
At least 10 years of experience in the HR profession in a multinational company or a large local company, with a focus on organizational development.
Experience in building and deploying talent acquisition, development, leadership and change management programs.
Mobility to relocate to other countries
Strategic thinking and business understanding.
Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant university degree.
Fluency in English and Hebrew
