Role Overview:
We are looking for highly creative and versatile Visual Designer to join our Creative & Brand design team. While our brand is known for movement and energy, this role is centered on the art of visual storytelling across all mediums. You are a "jack of all trades" designer, capable of handling illustration, composition, typography and motion design. You should be comfortable switching contexts between traditional marketing and brand design, and experimental visual projects – ensuring that every asset tells a compelling story that resonates with our global community.

Key Responsibilities:
Visual Conceptualization: Own the visual concept for key projects, from initial moodboarding and sketching through to final execution. Develop and execute high-quality visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns, social media, in-app experiences, and user enablement initiatives.
Multi-Disciplinary Design: Design high-quality visual assets including illustrations, icons, infographics, layouts, and motion graphics.
Visual Storytelling: Translate scripts, concepts, and creative briefs into engaging visual narratives that enhance clarity and effectiveness.
Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with stakeholders across the company, providing your design expertise to ensure effective workflows.
Brand Ambassador: Meticulously follow and sometimes develop brand guidelines to ensure all visual content is consistent and meets high standards of quality.
Asset Production: Create polished final assets for various platforms, ensuring they are optimized for both static and potential motion use.
Asset Management: Prepare and organize project files and visual assets for efficient team collaboration.
