תיאור המשרה:
Lead quality activities with EMS subcontractors and suppliers
Lead quality activities on the production floor – audits, process validation, failure analysis.
Manage quality KPIs (analysis and statistics skills required).
Collect and analyze relevant quality statistical data to enable continual improvement.
Actively support cross-organization quality aspects at following activities- MRB, ECO, NPI.
Regulation – support and lead audits- UL, TUV, CE and ISO9001.
Training- deliver quality training.
דרישות המשרה:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering in Electro-Mechanical environment – Required.
Practical Engineer in Electronics/Mechanics / CQE– Required
Internal auditor certification – Advantage
Experience working with EMS subcontract manufacturers and suppliers – Required.
Quality Engineering education – Advantage.
Experience in quality inspection and transfer from development to production – Advantage.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and coworkers.
Self-motivated and independent.
Excellent technical presentation skills.
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PP), Familiar with ERP systems (Priority an advantage).
Driving license – Required
