התפקיד מתמקד באיתור והתקשרות עם מועמדים טכנולוגיים מובילים עבור חברות הייטק מהשורה הראשונה בישראל. התפקיד כולל סורסינג פרואקטיבי,
מיפוי טאלנטים ובניית פייפליינים איכותיים למגוון תפקידים טכנולוגיים.
תחומי אחריות:
איתור מועמדים לתפקידים טכנולוגיים באמצעות LinkedIn וכלי סורסינג מתקדמים
פנייה פרואקטיבית למועמדים פאסיביים ובניית פייפליין טאלנטים איכותי
עבודה צמודה עם מגייסים ולקוחות לאורך תהליך הסורסינג
ביצוע מיפוי טאלנטים בתחומים טכנולוגיים מגוונים
שימוש ברשתות מקצועיות ופלטפורמות סורסינג לאיתור מועמדים איכותיים
דרישות המשרה:
ניסיון קודם בסורסינג או מחקר מועמדים – יתרון
שליטה גבוהה ב-LinkedIn ובפלטפורמות סורסינג מקצועיות
יכולת לאתר טאלנטים בצורה יצירתית ולחשוב מחוץ לקופסה
יכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמית ומשתנה
כישורי תקשורת ובינאישיות גבוהים

Nisha, one of Israel’s leading recruitment and executive search firms specializing in High-Tech, Biotech and Finance, is looking for a Technology Sourcer to join our professional recruitment team.
This role focuses on identifying and engaging top technology talent for leading high-tech companies in Israel. The position involves proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and building strong candidate pipelines for a variety of technology roles.
Location: Haifa / Airport City
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Source and identify candidates for technology roles using LinkedIn and advanced sourcing tools
• Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and clients throughout the sourcing process
• Conduct talent mapping across different technology domains
• Utilize professional networks and sourcing platforms to identify high-quality candidates

• Previous experience in sourcing or candidate research – an advantage
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and professional sourcing platforms
• Ability to identify talent creatively and think beyond traditional sourcing methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools and/or AI tools – an advantage
