This role focuses on identifying and engaging top technology talent for leading high-tech companies in Israel. The position involves proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and building strong candidate pipelines for a variety of technology roles.
Location: Haifa / Airport City
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Source and identify candidates for technology roles using LinkedIn and advanced sourcing tools
• Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and clients throughout the sourcing process
• Conduct talent mapping across different technology domains
• Utilize professional networks and sourcing platforms to identify high-quality candidates

• Previous experience in sourcing or candidate research – an advantage
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and professional sourcing platforms
• Ability to identify talent creatively and think beyond traditional sourcing methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools and/or AI tools – an advantage
