תיאור המשרה:
We’re looking for an experienced TPM to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end, working closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and other key stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
• Own program planning and execution, including scope, timelines, OKRs, risks, dependencies, and governance
• Drive alignment across multiple teams and manage stakeholders, escalations, and program communications
• Triage technical issues and support effective engineering execution
• Use data and performance metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement
• Lead change-management initiatives and proactively identify opportunities for
optimization.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven Program Management / Technical Program Management experience
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with datasets and metrics
• Strong technical orientation and ability to work effectively with Engineering teams
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Fluent English – required | Spanish or French – an advantage
