NOC Engineer - מינ' 4 משמרות בשבוע

תיאור המשרה:

NOC is a 7 by 24 by 365 operation – Network Operations Center

  • Promptly engage any error or malfunction in the systems
  • Notify, fix and escalate alarms related to network
  • Ensure and maintain health of the Network Management System identify and triage outages, verify service impact to the users
  • Monitoring the production environments maintaining 100% network uptime
  • Using multiple tools to trouble shoot and diagnose errors , malfunctions or Hardware or Software application problems in the systems  
  • Raising flags for abnormal behavior identifying problem across the network before it occurs
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and provide afterhours support
  • Center of escalation to the relevant engineering team
  • Constantly improve the alerting of supported systems by adding, removing or revising alerts to better reflect the current platform operations or as requested by management.
  • Incident management- create and track trouble tickets to closure, Own incident tickets taking them all the way from trouble-shooting to restoration and remediation
  • Ensure the connectivity of the infrastructure is glitch free
  • Seek complex problems use analytical thought to exercise discernment and identify innovative solutions
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders      
  • Configuration project-based deployment
  • Participate in Change and Release Management activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for NOC operations.
  • Working with internal engineering groups to continually notify and resolve any errors ,concern occurs and maintenance on the network
  • Troubleshoot & perform system administration tasks for external customers and assisting internal engineering groups equipment.
  • Ensure that all open tickets are appropriately updated within established time frames.
  • Drive the Tier 2 and Tier 3 groups to resolve problems within established SLAs and OLA’s.
  • Coordinate remote datacenter activities, whether performed by the staff or by outside service providers


דרישות התפקיד:
  • 2+ years’ experience with hi tech operations SAAS\Cloud & remote co-lo based operations
  • 2+ years’ experience with Windows Server Administration and/or Linux, Unix or a similar OS
  • 2+ years’ experience with monitoring tools such as HP OpenView, Zabbix, Kibana, Splunk, Grafana, Gomez is required
  • Bachelor Degree and Technical Certifications
  • CCNA, Cisco ASAs VPNs, routing and switching
  • Very Good analytical skills with hands-on experience in various OSS platforms and Network Management System (NMS) to manage the network.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism and a courteous demeanor
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team, take ownership of assigned tasks and drive to resolution A
  • Shift work is required for this role (24/7)
