One of the Big Tech companies is looking for Marketing Operations Coordinator.
As a Marketing Operations Coordinator you will create, test, and launch one-off or automated CRM campaigns in multiple countries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of 30 complex CRM marketing campaigns.
- Manually test all campaign components and flows.
- Work with localization team to request & receive translations.
- Launch campaign and monitor performance on a daily & weekly basis.
- Identify bugs and recognize the source of the problem to find the relevant POC and aid in resolving issues.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams - including engineering teams, QA teams and product managers.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment driving multiple projects at the same time.
- 3-5 years experience in operations, QA or a relevant field.
- Experience working with CRM marketing tools to send push notifications, emails and in-product messages to users.
- Experience in testing and manual testing of CRM messages.
